First up, with have the Sydney Roller Derby League (SRDL) Snipers ready to fight in their first game of the year, going up against old rivals from the ACT, the Canberra Roller Derby League (CRDL) Capital Brawlers. This will be a great game, with both sides eager to show the other what they have been working on since the start of 2014.
To keep the excitement coming, for the second bout we have the SRDL Assassins, fresh off the back of their game against Grave Danger, going up against the ladies of Geelong Roller Derby League. These women won't be holding anything back, as they've made the long journey to Sydney to show what they can do on eight wheels.
This will be a fantastic night at Sydney Boys High with more athleticism, big hits and smiles than you could imagine. Doors open at 5:30pm so be sure to come early to get good seats and enjoy our bake sale goodness before the games start.

Sydney Roller Derby League
Sydney Roller Derby League represents a dynamic, all inclusive, full contact women’s team sport striving for empowerment, athleticism and, above all, fun. The league is made up of strong, committed people engaged in a do-it-yourself approach for this fast growing, spectacular sport.
Roller Derby is a full contact team sport for women, played on roller skates. There are two teams of 5 skaters, 4 of which are Blockers and 1 is the Jammer. Jammers score points by passing the opposing team's blockers.
